Due to the quiet nature of the holiday park Zeeduin is the park not suitable for groups of young people up to 25 years and there are strict rules to maintain the quiet environment.
Rental options are;
- Weekend, midweekly or weekly rentals.
- In the months from April until October only weekly rentals are possible.
- A weekly rental is from Friday 16:00 to Friday 11:00 (unless otherwise agreed).
- A midweekly rental is from Monday 16:00 to Friday 11:00.
- A weekend rental is from Friday 16:00 to Monday 11:00.
Excluded
There are four single duvets, 1 double duvet (240×200) and 6 pillows. You as renter need to provide fitted sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases, towels, tea cloths.
Pets are not allowed. It is not allowed to smoke in the bungelow. The property is not adapted to the use of wheelchairs.
The rental price includes VAT and the use of gas, water and electricity. Interactive TV. Internet and bicycles are available free of charge.
Midweek or Weekend Stay: 60% of the weekly price.

- Cleaning costs: € 60
- Local tax: € 2,04 High Season and € 1,83 Low Season p.p.p.n. (per person per night)
- Deposit: € 250
- Midweek or Weekend Stay: 60% of the weekly price
- Due to the rising energy prices, a temporary extra energy surcharge of €50 per week will be charged for the months of November to March
